In order to adequately protect personal data and in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the United Mexican States in Article 16, as well as the contents of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as its Regulations, makes you aware of the contents of this Privacy Notice:

DEFINITIONS:

Personal Data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data Subject: The natural person (Data Subject) to whom the personal data identifies or corresponds.
Responsible: Natural or moral person (in the present case AUREOCLINIC DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V.), hereinafter AUREOCLINIC, of private character that decides on the treatment of the personal data.
Processor: The natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED The holder has recognized that the company AUREOCLINIC, will be able to obtain in a direct way the following personal data:

-Customers: full name, email, landline phone, cell phone, data for tax purposes (invoices) and bank, and others that may be required to provide the service by AUREOCLINIC, being possible to request sensitive data for the provision of services offered, for which a signature will be required. In addition to the above, images captured by surveillance cameras are obtained at the establishment for the security of personnel, customers and other visitors in general.

-Suppliers: Full names, tax data, bank details, landline telephone, mobile telephone, complete address, copy of official identification, images captured by surveillance cameras for the security of personnel, customers and other visitors in general.

-Visitors: Full name, images captured by surveillance cameras for general security, official identification (data), being able to obtain telephone number and company of origin.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

CLIENT: The holder accepts and recognizes that the personal data collected by AUREOCLINIC are true and correct, also recognizes that these may be used for the following purposes: to fulfill the services offered by AUREOCLINIC and follow-up to the same; in addition to advertising purposes, information services, discounts, promotional, rewards, products and seasonal services offered. Likewise, the images captured by the video surveillance cameras will be used for your security and that of the people who visit us. Photographic images may be collected for tracking purposes, as well as for advertising purposes in the company’s own print media or in any online service or social network on the Internet. Contact via telephone, whatsapp or any other social network to the customer to clarify service or follow-up related to payments, complaints, suggestions or any other issue in which the customer is involved.

SUPPLIER – Contact by electronic means or by telephone to the holder for clarification of payments, order tracking or request for services. Obtain accounting information, RFC, address, bank accounts, transfer and debit card numbers, credit card numbers in order to complete payments or collections as a result of business relationships arising between the supplier and the responsible.

SECONDARY PURPOSES Personal data may be used to generate and remain in the database of AUREOCLINIC, in order to also make changes to the content or on the services and / or products provided or offered. Always in the case of not wishing to be used for the established purposes, the owner must let the privacy office know.

LIMITATION OF PERSONAL DATA Personal data collected will be used only for the purposes expressed in this privacy notice.

FORMS OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA For the activities outlined in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website; when you communicate via telephone or use our online services, including social networks; and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law.

3) The maximum term to attend your request will be 20 days. Notwithstanding the fact that the request may be obtained electronically, the response must be made in person and at the offices indicated in this notice. Once the above has been done and if the request is approved, it will be effective within 15 days in accordance with the Law.
